MOTORPUMPS FOR LUBRICATION SYSTEMS

We have a large variety of lubrication motorpumps for gerenal purposes as for centralized lubrication systems. Depends on lubrication system we have to choose the motorpump most suitable for the application. There are a lot of motorpumps suitable for different systems but we have to assure that there aren’t any features which make the motorpump incompatible with the system. Each sort of motorpump is designed to make some job and depend on it the motorpump has a flow rate, pressure and dimensions.

Sever Duty Motorpumps                     

These sort of motorpumps are designed for those works where grease or oil lubrication are needed. Normally are mounted in industries as steel mill plants, cementery plants, pulp and paper and in machines as mechanical presses, cranes, impression machines and more. We have a large sort of motorpumps that give a lot of chances to our customers.
                       
Systems where these sort of motorpumps are used are progressive and dual line There are multiple outlet motorpumps up to 30 adjustable pumping elements, these motorpump is suitable to lubricate directly from the pumping element to the lubrication point. Depend on the area work we have motorpumps with 4 kgs. Up to 100 Kgs. DC and AC motors, two or three phases.

Chassis motorpumps

Specific motorpumps for chassis to lubricate automatically lorries, trucks, wheel loaders, tracked excavators, front shovels, dozers, carriers, motor graders; dump trucks, tunnelers, autobuses, etc. The main feature of these motorpumps are that each pumping element is connected directly to the lubrication point. It can be chosen six different pumping elements depending on their flow rate.

                                   
These motorpumps have an adjustable internal timer to lubricate automatically the machine, although the motor connection has to be done from the cabin. Each pumping element have a push in system things that make the installation very simple and easy. We supply entire kits composed by the motorpump with the number of outlets required, the fittings and the hoses filled with grease if required.


The pictures above show two different installations with two sort of motorpumps. Directly from the pumping element is connected the hose to the lubrication point. Voltage connection and disconnection has done from the vehicle key.

Special Motorpumps

We a range of special motorpumps for those works where the standard motorpumps cannot be used. These motorpumps are designed to lubricate or to fluid transfers.
                                     
We have to mention our line of special motorpump to transfer all sort of low viscosity fluids such as acids, alcohols, solvents and son on, there is complete list of the products suitable to pump. These motorpumps have the feature that can be combined is such way to make the pump needed as for instance an Atex motor with a polypropylene downtube or complete stainless steel motorpump.
         
We manufacture special motorized pumps for all sort of lubrication systems such as circulation systems, progressive systems, volumetric systems, dual line systems and resistance systems. We assemble our distributor’s pumps to the motors which customers demand, then we manufacture the flange and the coupler and we mount all the elements.
