OIL MIST SYSTEMS Continuos oil lubrication equipment. This sytem works for the Venturi effect, the oil is mixed with air and flows through the pipes to the lubrication points, then the oil has to pass inside a reclasificator fitting. These fittings convert the mist in a spray, mist or drops. This reclassification has to be chosen depending on the element to lubricate, for example a chains, gear boxes, guides etc.
These oil mist systems can lubricate all sort of elements as bearings, slides, gear boxes, chains, saws, etc. The same unit can lubricate different sort of elements as sizes and distances. Flow rates from 0,3 cfm up to 71 cfm. The unit can work with an oil 100 cSt of viscosity without heater and with a more viscosities with oil heaters and air heaters. |
