VOLUMETRIC LUBRICATION SYSTEMS
Manual and Pneumatic Pumps
All two sort of pumps are driven by a piston, which is inside the reservoir. Depending on the model the security valve could be assembled or not. Flow rates from 6cc to 30cc/stroke and working pressures from 12 up to 70 Bar. Grease pumps can work at a maximum pressure of 100 Bar.
The oil models have a release valve mounted inside the reservoir to allow the depressurisation of the main line. For grease pumps is different in manual ones the release valve is assembled outside the reservoir and has to be activated manually, however the pneumatic pump this release valve is also mounted outside but is activated pneumatically.
Centralised Gear Pumps
Automatic and non automatic centralised pumps. Flow rates from 0,1 up to 0,5 l/min. Pressures from 12 to 75 BAR. Voltage 110, 220 V AC. 24V DC and 220/380 V 50 Hz.
Reservoirs in aluminium and plastic from 2 up to 25 liters. In grease systems reservoirs in plastic from 300 cc up to 1000 cc.
On the automatic versions the pause period could be in time base or in time and pulses base. Optional: Pressure switch, electrical level switch, pressure gauge and pulsh button.

Models without electronic card can be mounted with volumetric systems and oil recirculation systems.
At the moment to decide which is the best lubricator for our interests, we have to think if the lubrication products we have already assembled can work with the new lubricator or not. In case of a volumetric system we have to know if the lubricator has the release valve. In case of a resistance system it doesn't mind if the lubricator has this valve or not.
Piston Distributors
Piston distributors feed a pre-measured quantity of oil onto the lubrication point. This operation is done every time the lubricator is connected. Normally the piston distributors do not have the possibility to adjust the amount of oil.
Positive injectors feed the oil utlizing the pump's pressure. When the motor is disconnected the piston distributor is refilled with oil for the next operation.
Non positive injectors works in other way. The Injector stores oil supplied by the pump and then discharges the measured amount of oil, utilizing the internal spring’s decompressing force.

Discharge volumes from 0,03 to 1,5 cc/ stroke. Bodies are of die-casting aluminium. All models have different number of outlets.
All models have the versions with visual indicator.
VOLUMETRIC SYSTEMS FOR GREASES
Pneumatic Pumps
Pneumatic pumps for drums of 20, 50 and 180 Kg. Full systems completed with pump, cover, follower and special adapter for the pump release, release valve, this valve must be assembled in the system because without it lubrication won’t be done. The pump ratios are 50:1 and flow rates from 1 to 2 Kg/min.

Grease Injectors
Different models depending on volume range. These injectors can be adjusted to lubrication necessities and can be added too. There are the stainless steel version. All these injectors have a stick which indicate that they are working properly. Injectors can be mounted individually or in manifolds up to 6 outlets.
