RESISTANCE LUBRICATION SYSTEMS

The main feature of this lubrication system is the oil resistance that proper units offer to pass through them. This resistance is shown in every distributor by a number stamped.

Type 00 gives more resistance and type 5 gives less resistance.

Manual Pumps

Flow rates from 3cc up to 18cc. Pressures from up to 1.5 MPa (15 Bar).

Piston Pumps. Cyclic Pumps.

Showa automatic and non automatic centralised piston pumps. In the automatic types the flow rate can be adjusted, from 1 to 3cc and from 3 to 6cc/stroke. There are also centralised gear pumps with a flow rate of 500 cc/min. Pressures from 0,2 up to 1,5 MPa. Voltages of 110 and 220V single phase, 220V three phase.

Proper and Continuous Meter Flow Units

Showa Proper and Continuous meter flow units can be mounted, depending on model, in junctions, inside the point or directly in the lubrication point. Models are PSS, PST, PTS, PTT, CSS, CST, CTT, KPB. There is a number stamped which indicates the model, from 00 to 5.
