SHOWA MY6 ACCUMULATOR PUMP

By utilizing an IC timer (control board), the pump can be set to discharge oil from a wide range of selectable interval times. The pump has an accumulator and it is filled or charged with lubricant while the pump is in operation, this accumulated lubricant is distributed once the pump stops. The pump possesses an internal pressure displacement mechanism.

The pump’s discharge volume can be set between 1 - 6cm3. The maximum discharge pressure for any setting is 0.5MPa.Oil can be discharge immediately upon power connection or by pressing the “LUBE” button.When the unit’s power is switched “ON” the pump will operate for 12 seconds and then stop to discharge oil. The unit will be in standby mode for the set intermittence duration. Once the duration has passed, the unit will operate once again for 12 seconds. The pump will continue the above until the power has been turned “OFF”. By pressing the “LUBE” button, the timer will reset and the pump will start to operate for 12 seconds.
