Alemite's new Bigview Tank Monitor provides safe and accurate fluid level monitoring for bulk tanks used to hold non-flammable, petroleum-based fluids, synthetic oils and antifreeze.
Users can view tank-level information in real time from a computer, including low fluid warnings, eliminating outages and emergency deliveries.
The system can monitor multiple tanks simultaneously. It operates using a controller, which connects to a series of probes. Each tank has one pressure probe that relays information back to a computer through direct connection or a modem. The system sends a warning to the computer if tank levels are too high or low. In addition, the system can relay information directly to an oil provider via modem.
The system can monitor up to 16 tanks per controller per station and displays accurate tank level information for each tank. Tanks may be monitored across multiple stations using additional controllers. The tank monitor system is password protected for security and has a logging feature that allows it to save all communication sequences to the hard drive.
The Bigview Tank Monitor system is ideal for any customer who wants to monitor bulk fluids including fleet maintenance facilities, manufacturers and automotive garages.
